Chef Aaron Gallentine was born and raised in Kansas but studied traditional Chinese cuisine while living in China for 5 years. He studied under various masters and has also mastered the various dialects of the Chinese language. Bing Kitchen was the combined idea of his and longtime friend Clio Goodman after he took her for a month long food excursion through China. Lending his love of the culture and passion for authenticity makes Bing Kitchen one of the places to find traditional Beijing cuisine.
Chef Clio Goodman having worked in some of the top kitchens in NYC and a degree in pastry is no stranger to the food world. Former owner of the once famous Puddin' By Clio and lover of all things edible, along with longtime friend Aaron Gallentine, both came up with the idea for Bing Kitchen after a trip through China. With a creative edge and a passion for customer service brings to Bing Kitchen the feel of home and comfort as well as a little pizzaz.
Kevin Too is an investor, entrepreneur, and active Military man. Having heard Aaron and Clio's idea believed in the product so much that he invested his time to help them along their journey to bring to life their dream. Familiar with the financial and the business world bring a wealth of knowledge to the table and a keen business sense.
